About our Chief Shepherd - Ashley

My background

For almost 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching, developing, and championing leaders at every stage of their journey, from first‑time supervisors to seasoned executives. My work has always been rooted in a simple but profound conviction: leadership is stewardship, and the way we care for people shapes the cultures, teams, and legacies we leave behind.

I am deeply committed to doing what is right, even when no one is watching. Integrity is not an act for me, it’s a posture. It’s the quiet, daily choice to lead with courage, humility, and accountability. Over the years, this commitment has guided my approach to building strong leaders and healthy organizations that thrive from the inside out.

My leadership lens is shaped by biblical principles and the example of Jesus, who modeled love, service, and sacrificial care. I believe leaders are called to be shepherds - steady, attentive, and willing to invest in the growth of others. That belief is the heartbeat of Stewarding Shepherds. I pour into leaders who are willing to be pruned so they can grow, evolve, and become the best versions of themselves. When leaders grow, their teams flourish. When teams flourish, cultures strengthen. And when cultures strengthen, operational excellence and profitability naturally follow.

I lead with love because I believe love is the most transformative leadership strategy we have. My goal is to create lasting impact for leaders so they can create lasting impact for their employees, cultivating workplaces where people feel safe, supported, valued, and genuinely cared for. That is the kind of environment Jesus desires for us, and it’s the kind of environment I help leaders build.

Stewarding Shepherds exists to equip leaders with the wisdom, tools, and heart to lead well so they can shepherd others with integrity, compassion, and purpose. This is my calling, my passion, and the work I am honored to do every day.

My faith

I grew up Catholic, moving in and out of church throughout my early life, but even in the seasons when I drifted, I always knew God was my true constant. His presence was steady, quiet, and unwavering; guiding me long before I fully understood how to walk with Him.

In my late 30s, I found a non‑denominational Christian church that changed everything. It was there that I learned what it meant to have a real, intimate, personal relationship with Jesus, not just belief, but connection. Not just ritual, but relationship. For the first time, faith became alive, active, and deeply personal.

In 2020, I recommitted my life to Christ, choosing Him with full awareness and full surrender. And in 2024, I was baptized, again, this time as an adult; publicly declaring the transformation He had already begun in me.

God has changed my life in profound and tender ways. He has softened my heart, reshaped my spirit, and cultivated in me a kinder, gentler way of leading and loving. I have experienced His healing, His pruning, and His grace firsthand; and, because of that, I know what He longs to offer others.

My faith is the foundation of who I am and the work I do. It shapes how I lead, how I serve, and how I steward the people entrusted to me. Every part of my journey points back to Him, and I carry that truth into every space I’m called to influence.

As I continue to grow in my walk with Christ, I feel an ever‑deepening call to live out my faith not only personally, but through the way I lead, love, and serve others. My story is a reminder that God pursues us patiently and purposefully, and that He uses every season: wandering, returning, surrendering to shape us for His work. Today, I stand as someone transformed by His goodness, committed to reflecting His heart in all I do, and grateful for the privilege of helping others discover the same hope, healing, and wholeness that He has so graciously given me.

My work in business & leadership

My career has taken me across a wide range of industries, each one giving me a deeper understanding of how people, culture, and strategy intertwine. No matter the sector or the size of the organization, my purpose has remained the same: to build cultures rooted in integrity, compassion, and doing what is right; especially when no one is watching.

I’ve spent years teaching leaders how to think and act with love, empathy, and courage, helping them see the people around them not as resources, but as human beings entrusted to their care. Whether I’m working with executives, entrepreneurs, or ministry leaders, my focus is always on shaping leadership that reflects both excellence and heart.

I’m energized by the opportunity to continue serving leaders across business, entrepreneurial ventures, and faith‑based spaces. My coaching centers on leadership success, culture transformation, and aligning people’s purpose with organizational goals. I believe that when people understand their God‑given identity and value, they show up differently; and organizations thrive because of it.

My approach is grounded in Scripture and the teachings of Jesus. I use the Word as a guide for creating workplaces where people feel seen, valued, safe, and more than just a number. This faith‑centered lens allows me to help leaders build environments that honor both operational excellence and the dignity of every person.

One of my greatest strengths is the ability to see the bigger picture—to map business strategy with clarity and foresight—while shepherding the people who make that strategy possible. I help leaders grow profitability and meet operational needs without sacrificing the heart of their culture. Because when leaders steward their people well, success becomes sustainable, meaningful, and deeply impactful.
